One: Before opening the plastic plastic machinery in each shift, it is necessary to add smooth oil to each moving part. (manipulator, manipulator guide, open and close mold guide rail) Check whether the moving parts can be strong before consumption, whether the screws can be loose or not, especially in the center with strong impact force, whether the belt drive can be abnormal.

Second: plastic machinery molds need to be cleaned and polished regularly. When the air pressure switch is turned on and off, it needs to be slow to prevent the air flow rate from being too fast. The dirt is blown into the solenoid valve, and the exhaust valve is opened for 30 seconds to ensure the air is clean.

Three: Check whether the lamp can be damaged or broken. It is necessary to change it in time. Check whether the pneumatic components can leak air and whether the action can be flexible. Check if the triplet can be abnormally leaking, can it be infarged, and the water storage capacity of the cup can be too full. When the plastic mechanical solenoid valve encounters an abnormality, it should be cleaned in time.

Four: The swing arm can be added once every three days to four days. The heating chain has a large chain and a small chain once a month. Always check if the main reducer and the warmer reducer are short of oil. The main bearing can be added once every (2 - 3) months.

Five: Check the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, water source can be normal. Check each emergency stop switch, the safety door switch, and maintain the installation detection switch.

Six: Check the heating head into the embryo, whether the partial work of the embryo can be normal. If the inserted embryo is not in place, the pressure regulating embryo mounting nut can be adjusted.
