3. The temperature of the blow mold is too low, the adhesive layer in the product cools too fast and the adhesion to the adjacent layer is not strong, and the flow rate of the cooling medium is controlled to avoid the mold temperature being too low.
4. The raw material contains moisture and the raw material should be dried.
Two. Uneven barrier layer in the product
1. The barrier layer melt temperature is too low or too high, and the corresponding extruder temperature and extrusion rate are readjusted.
2. The extruder pressure fluctuates, the extrusion speed is unstable or the screw structure is improper.
3. The head of the machine is stuck or degraded, and the flow of the machine head is improved for the fluidity of the material to avoid detention.
The failure of the multi-layer hollow blow molding machine is mainly related to the extruder and the parison head. Therefore, the screw structure and control precision of the extruder are required to be high. In addition, the flow path design of the parison head is also important.
